How Do You Distract Yourself?

So you have a lot on your mind.

How do you deal?

I cook or clean.

Today I cooked.

 I made

yogurt,

and put them into little mason jars with brown sugar,

lemon bars for church,

and perfected the art of turkey pastrami on rye.

  1. I’m a cleaner and a ranter. Once I rant out loud I feel better. I need to talk out my feelings and try to sort through options to solve them.
